Good

The room was sweet. the staff was just verry friendly in general.

The huge hill up to the hotel. No staff in pool bar (no sign that it would be closed). The restaurant was closed even tho it said it would be open. The room was not cleaned when we arrived but staff went and cleaned it straight away, can be said but it was in the mid night so thats worth alot tho.

Pool area was great, breakfast area very nice, staff very helpful, good location up the hill away from road but easily accessible. Leaving towels in reception was a nice generous touch.

The staff in the resort with excellent I dealt with the night time crew only because I am in the USA at 12-hour time difference they are very friendly and tried to resolve the issue we had

Upon arrival we had no air conditioner refrigerator or TV the staff fixed the air conditioner right away my wife went and got an extension cord for the refrigerator the TV never played for the whole time we were there they could not fix it that is the only problem they tried

Lovely stay, would recommend

The staff at the property are so lovely, very accommodating and polite especially FaFa. The opportunity to go to the sister hotel next door so more than one pool/ location to be at. All inclusive alcohol only includes beer/ wine however the staff were accommodating and let us have cocktails. The food was nice overall, lunch and dinner was five star!

Property is at the top of a steep hill so a bike is definitely recommended. The all inclusive option is to go into the sister hotel next door.

The uphill is bad, the rooms are quiet small and there were small insects in the room. The AC light disturb when you are trying to sleep

The extreme helpfulness of Prem, the night shift gentleman. There were a power outage and he went the extra mile to accommodate us with our special request. We are so grateful for him and the team to make our stay comfortable. So well done Prem..

The hill we had to climb the first day to get to the shops.it was a needed walk.lol

Okay

Some staff were lovely others were very rude, it says that the bar in the pool is open from 10-7 however there’s rarely someone there, when we went to ask if some could come they would say yes and then never show up. The breakfast is very limited it’s more Asian style then American and the dinning room had a bad smell to it. We ate dinner in their restaurant twice the first time the chicken came out raw in the middle and the second when we got pizza it was burnt. Wouldn’t recommend eating there. They have a shuttle bus into Patong beach which was good, the bus did however run late a lot as they’d forget about it. The hotel is at the top of a hill which is annoying to walk up tuk tuks and taxis charge an extra 100 baht to take you up the hill.

Our 1st impressions at the front desk was good- friendly staff, quickly sorted our room out a bit earlier than check in time. The pool layout with the bar alongside was good.

The hotel needs a bit more TLC- there was no plugs in the bath or the sink, the shower over the bath made a wet mess over the side when in use and the shower curtain is a very old fashioned and ineffective way of protecting the floor. Breakfast was the same every day, and there was only pineapple and watermelon fruit choices, and only fried eggs- no boiled or scrambled. this could be better to acknowledge the 4 star rating.

Lovely stay would come again for sure!

The staff at this hotel were 10/10 everyone was so friendly and made our stay that extra special. Not all staff understood English but this was not a problem at all as there was always staff availabile that did. The shuttle service is excellent to the beach or mall which is where the parting strip is also. The frequency could be better but if you plan well was fine. Breakfast was decent, always left full. Can request an omlette which I enjoyed. The pancakes are amazing also. But there is no fresh fruit to go with the pancakes which would have just topped it off. Pool is beautiful also. Some parts need retiling but was fine enough for me.

The spa is small, single person sauna and no jacuzzi. Didn’t have any treatments. There is a gym but didn’t try either the hill is a workout on its own. My sister also felt the bed was too hard but it was ok for me.

Very Poor

The room that we have the top floor are good and tidy facing the hill and the sea but at night you can hear the noisy sound from the water pipe.

Only the driver and the room cleaner are friendly the female reception supervisor are bossy and impolite not like other hotel we had. We had no hot water in the morning and sometime even cold water and at night .when call it takes 20 to 30 mins to operate every day.At the restaurant when ask is the chicken halal the male waiter get angry and put an angry look and angry voice.we are upset and leave .Not recommended for age people the hotel transport times are unsufficient to Waite .it is to high to walk and taxi want more money to go to the hotel.
